The advertisement has been receiving serious backlash as it attempts to cash in on a woman’s fright as adult males method her for a ‘shot’, but it turns out to be for a deodorant. Other Bollywood famous people like Farhan Akhtar, Richa Chadha and Swara Bhasker also slammed the advertisement.

The Facts and Broadcasting Ministry has requested the suspension of the ad, according to information company ANI. An inquiry has also been initiated.
